Quick Tomato Soup with Basil
Two servings will be needed:
Onion1 bulb
Garlic1 clove
Carrots1 piece
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Canned tomatoes of TM “Chigirin”500 g
Cream 40%2 tablespoons
Vegetable broth200 ml
Celery stalk1 piece
Basil leavesto taste
How to prepare:
1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the finely chopped onions, grated carrots on a large grater, finely chopped celery and finely chopped garlic until soft.
2. Add the tomatoes and broth and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Salt and pepper.
3. Pour the soup into a blender and grind it to a smoothie. Stir in cream and a handful of finely chopped basil.
